Merchandise

Delivery Information:

  • Orders are typically in the mail within 48-72 hours but occasionally we are on the road covering events which may cause delays.

  • All shipments are via USPS First Class (under 13 oz) and USPS Priority for heavier packages.

  • Within the US you should see your order 3-5 business days from the time it is shipped, unless it’s on back order it can take 7-14 business days from the time it’s ordered.

  • Outside of the US it is 2-4 weeks typically, and sometimes longer for Canada & Latin America as customs delays can effect shipping time frames.

Tracking Packages:

  • You are able to track your order if paid through PayPal by looking up your payment in PayPal and clicking the “Track” link to track your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed on any unused and/or unworn merchandise within 7 days of delivery. 

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping, outside of cases where Stay Tuned Brand has made a mistake with a shipment or order. 


Creative Services

Refund Policy:

  • Fees cover the specific advertisement or design service you ordered.

  • Please notify us in writing at contact@staytunedbrand.com to cancel and service (i.e., paid ads or design service that is requested, but the initial creative session has not commenced).

  • You will receive a full refund any fees paid as long as work has not begun.

  • All other services booked, but not used such as (executive coaching) are not refundable, but will be credited toward any consulting/workshop/teleconference or applied to any Stay Tuned Brand publication, product, or service purchased within one (1) year from the date of the purchase.

  • There are no refunds for ads that have been ordered and have been placed in a publication for distribution.

  • Once the agency pays the specific media for an ad on your behalf, it is non-refundable.

Substitutions:

  • Ad substitutions are allowed.

  • Please contact Stay Tuned Brand as early as possible to notify of a substitution.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of the start of consultation will not be refunded or credited.

  • All clients receive a unique proposal and contract based upon the specific needs they have for their project.

  • Each project has a comprehensive service agreement that must be signed by the client before work starts, which specifies details regarding refunds, cancellations, and project pricing.

  • Please refer to your contract for specific information.

  • Requests for the final portion of payment due on all projects that are not made until the project receives final, written approval from the client, or at 30 days after a project has been completed.

  • Final payment is due within five business days once the invoice is received.

Graphic Design Services:

  • The deposit payment specified in your contract is non-refundable.

  • Requests for refunds, after the deposit payment’s associated, have been achieved, must be presented to Stay Tuned Brand in writing.

  • Refund requests must be made before Stay Tuned Brand receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed.

  • After a proof has been accepted, no refund is available on graphics and design services.

Printing Services:

  • Printing fees are 100% non-refundable if printing cycles have begun.

  • If a printing fee refund is requested before the commencement of printing cycles, a full refund of printing fees, less a $50 processing fee will be issued.

Web Development Services:

  • The deposit payment specified in your contract is non-refundable.

  • Requests for refunds, after the deposit’s payments associated have been achieved, must be presented to Stay Tuned Brand in writing.

  • Refund requests must be made before Stay Tuned Brand receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed.

  • If the deposit amount does not fully cover the development time spent on the project (@ $150/hr) and other expenses related to the development of the project, then additional payment will be due.

  • Please refer to the specific details found in your project proposal and agreement.

  • All refund requests must be received in writing. U.S. Postal mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any refund request.

Non-refundable Services:

  • The following payments are not refundable.

    • Payments made for Consultations

    • Payments made for Website Maintenance

    • Payments made for Application (software) Development

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Payments made to Stay Tuned Brand by credit card will be refunded to the card that the payment was purchased with.

  • Cash or Check payments will be refunded by Check only.


Sponsorships

Term; Termination; Cancellation

You may cancel or terminate your sponsorship program as long as it is within 48 hours of submitting your agency fee and you will receive a full refund as long as no product request forms have been submitted. StayTuned reserves the right to change its fees, billing methods and may cancel, terminate or adjust sponsorship programs at any time. StayTuned has the right to stop or cease an existing Clients sponsorship, only if we feel that the individual is causing some form of harm, not promoting for their sponsor(s) or for any other reason.
